Processing Time

• All domestic orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7 – 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• In some cases, dispatch may happen earlier depending on product availability.

Packaging & Delivery

• All products are shipped in secure tamper-proof packaging.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at Houseofajdrapes@gmail.com.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

• Products placed in a single order can only be delivered to one shipping address.
• If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
