Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹120 is applicable for all domestic orders within India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. In some cases, orders may be dispatched earlier depending on product availability.

Pre-Order Products

Our pre-order sarees are specially crafted and prepared upon receiving your order. Please allow 22–25 business days for dispatch from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and support for handcrafted elegance.

Packaging & Delivery

All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at Houseofajdrapes@gmail.com.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Items placed within a single order can only be shipped to one delivery address.

If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each shipping destination.

Shipment Risk & Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

In the rare event of loss, theft, delay, or damage during transit, customers are requested to raise a claim directly with the courier service. House Of AJ Drapes will provide all available shipment information and assistance where possible; however, we cannot guarantee compensation for issues arising during transit.
